S-PC JV is a subsidiary to Suh’dutsing Staffing Services (SSS). SSS as part of a family of companies wholly owned by Cedar Band Corporation, which is the Cedar Band of Paiutes’ federally chartered tribal corporation (pursuant to Section 17 of the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934) – including the following sister companies: Suh’dutsing Telecom, Suh’dutsing Technologies, and Suh’dutsing Aerospace – we deliver an array of construction, technology, telecommunication, and staffing solutions to customers across the nation and in international markets.

FAR 9.6 allows contracting officers to consider the past performance of a Federally Chartered Tribal Corporation-owned, SBA-certified 8(a) subsidiary, in this case, Suh’dutsing Staffing Services, as well as the past performance of its joint venture partners, Pilkington Construction Co.
