Design-bid-build construction of a mission-critical Ready Building supporting operational requirements at Laguna-Army Airfield within Yuma Proving Ground. This project included full facility construction with integrated mechanical (HVAC), electrical distribution, and control systems designed to operate reliably under extreme desert conditions. Mechanical scope included installation of high-capacity HVAC systems, air distribution, and building pressurization systems designed for high ambient temperatures. Electrical scope included primary and secondary power distribution systems, service equipment, panelboards, and backup power provisions. The project required integration of building systems with installation-wide infrastructure and operational requirements.

Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Job Order Contract (JOC) task orders to perform new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs with minimal design requirements. This JOC is intended to provide rapid response in a cost elective manner.

Task Order Contract (MATOC) covering the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Northwest Region. Task Orders including but not limited to general construction, offsite design build construction, housing construction, demolition, historical restoration, and education facilities maintenance and upgrades. (1) year base period with (4) 1-year option. Task Orders ranging from $2,000 to $5,000,000 with maximum ordering ceiling of $40,000,000 for life of IDIQ contracts.
