S-PC JV II is a subsidiary to Suh’dutsing Contracting Services (SCS). FAR 9.6 allows contracting officers to consider the past performance of a Federally Chartered Tribal Corporation-owned, SBA-certified 8(a) subsidiary, in this case, Suh’dutsing Contracting Services, as well as the past performance of its joint venture partners, Pilkington Construction Co.
